Happy New Year (and Happy Birthday, Mozart)!
|
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart is one of the most famous composers who ever lived! He was born on January 27th, 1756 and died on December 5th, 1791. Not only was Mozart a child prodigy (a child whose skills are like that of a professional adult), but he was also a prolific (very accomplished) composer. His pieces are some of the most recognizable of all of the Classical musicians, and you are likely to know several of them. Let's celebrate Mozart all month long!
